Kentdale First Aid Training Andrew is an excellent trainer and presents the course so that everyone feels at ease and relaxed and able to ask questions without feeling embarrassed . We were supplied with our own individual CPR model, defibrillator and pocket mask and Andrew attended to everyone individually to check that we were all competent and comfortable using them. There is no role play-that is a major positive! Andrew is very eager to make sure sure that all the delegates understand everything and explains everything very well. He goes over and beyond to ensure we have all understood what’s required from the course plus more. Andrew spent additional time with us answering all our questions. Using the Heimleich manoeuvre on someone wearing the special vest was also good.
