Well resourced accommodation. Luke as trainer is clear, informative, makes things as simple as possible and gives both good examples during discussion and excellent hands on scenarios , which breaks down knowledge into chunks and then slowly builds these when working through scenarios. Lot of repetition to allow you to remember key strategies. Makes participants feel comfortable to contribute and is skilled at questioning to develop knowledge and critical thinking
