Luke as trainer is clear, informative, makes things as simple as possible and gives both good examples during discussion and excellent hands on scenarios , which breaks down knowledge into chunks and then slowly builds these when working through scenarios. Lot of repetition to allow you to remember key strategies. Makes participants feel comfortable to contribute and is skilled at questioning to develop knowledge and critical thinking

Fantastic, enjoyable 2 days where I learnt a massive amount of information, got to put it all into practise but in a non-threatening way. Great trainer who was enthusiastic with endless knowledge who enabled us to succeed. Asking questions was actively encouraged and we were guided to problem solve for ourselves. It was a very positive experience.
