Testimonials for Cambridgeshire County Council
I thought the training was well planned and delivered. The screen was hardly used. The session was practical, promoted discussion and used phrases and tips that were easy to remember. Lots of it was done as if it was a real life scenario which enabled you to feel like you had a practise run. Stephen took time to explain things well and get to know us which ensured we asked for help or questioned things. It was a brilliant session.
