Luke was an excellent communicator and facilitator - the practical learning on this course was superb - so much better than any First Aid course I have been on before. Luke took the time to genuinely welcome and know who was in the room which enhanced the learning from the beginning. He had the skills to help people feel comfortable about getting involved in a very active way. Working with one other person through the day helped to build trust when we were practicing first aid skills physically. Thank you for an excellent day!

I found the day to go by smoothly, Ross was a great trainer who was very engaging and enthusiastic with content that could otherwise seem dull. I felt that I learned a lot of practical knowledge and any questions I had were answered very well.

I left the course feeling like I had gained a lot of job specific first aid skills, and feeling well equipped with the knowledge to deal with incidents should they arise in my job and also generally in life, so I'd say the day was very valuable to me.
