The courses provide the perfect balance of content delivery, group activities and carefully designed scenarios that help you to develop the course skills and build your confidence. I thought the course was absolutely fantastic. Pete's friendly, approachable and a great teacher. The course gave me a lot more confidence when administering first aid and gave me a deeper knowledge of it. Pete incorporates stories from real life experience within the training, which normalizes first aid situations and reduces anxiety when you go into them. This first aid course is fantastic and I can't recommend it enough!

Pete made the first aid training highly relevant to modern life and being outdoors. He delivered the content through storytelling, multimedia and interaction, which made the learning engaging, practical and easy to absorb.
I especially appreciated Pete speaking about the importance of self care and awareness of our mental and emotional wellbeing after delivering first aid, particularly when trauma may have been involved.
