I truly hope I will never face the more dramatic scenarios we discussed and explored. Actually nothing more than a (small) blister works fine for me. But we were given clearly presented relevant information with a specific focus and a practical element. We had information delivered with the weight of experience. Nothing was 'wrong': we explored how a decision could have been 'better' and - the Big Deal - why. I would still rather experience nothing more than a blister - but I was given the opportunity to develop the skill and the confidence to understand what to do in more significant situations.

This was the best first aid course I've been on. David had real emergency experience and was a great actor, so was able to clearly demonstrate how casualties present in different scenarios. I think this was really helpful as I know from experience that unconscious casualties do not lie there still and quiet, so that can be confusing.

Sorry I can't give a company endorsement as we have a service level agreement with another first aid training provider, but I've recommended you to our HR department.

I really liked the practical elements and tips. Working in groups was really useful, even if playing scenarios isn't something you're keen on. The additional educational videos and real life interviews and examples were great. I think the focus on cold water and hypothermia was really excellent especially considering recent events.
