I recently completed the Emergency First Aid for Sport course and found it to be both practical and clear. The trainer used repetition to make sure we were confident in what to do in different situations, and they cleverly adapted scenarios to put us under some pressure.

This approach really reinforced the learning and gave me confidence that I’d know how to respond if needed. Highly recommended for anyone involved in sport or fitness.

A great mix of knowledge and skills. It was in bite size chunks to aid memory with use of an app which really helped support with CPR skills and engaged staff, rather than traditional methods. Added element of fun with the songs which was needed after a full day of work then three hour twilight. Ross had a great rapport with staff and lots of them shared positive comments afterwards.
