I really enjoyed the day and I felt very supported by Ross.
He had a lovely kind accepting manner.
Without sounding offensive to the training system; I have attended many of these training session which are often not looked forward too. Yesterday however was the best first aid training day I have ever had. Well organised, brilliant pace, details and examples were given when ever asked. Most importantly Ross got information across to us without seeming superior or making us feel inferior. He had a great sense of humour which made me feel comfortable to ask questions even if I thought they sounded a little silly.
