We run Outdoor First a courses for a wide range of groups from British mountain guides to Forest school leaders and expedition staff. All our first aid qualifications are nationally recognised and valid for three years

Suitable for Mountain Leaders (ML, WML, MIA, MIC, IML), Climbing Instructors (SPA), Ski Instructors (BASI), Mountain Guides (BMG), Canoe and Kayak Instructors (BCU), Sailing Instructors (RYA) Mountain Bike Instructors (MIAS), Duke of Edinburgh's Award Leaders, Field Assistants.

Anyone spending time in the outdoors or wilderness environments through recreational, voluntary or work related activities.
