This 8 hour sports first aid course is aimed at those who will be ‘first on scene’ in the event of an accident and helps build confidence in both assessing and treating casualties in the sporting environment. The core training covers all the skills necessary to ‘hold the fort’ until paramedic help arrives and includes assessing & treating a casualty who is unconscious, stopped breathing or bleeding.
